Entrance Examination Regulations

It will require a baccalaureate degree or equivalent and the passing of the specific entrance exam for each specialty.

Academic Program of Degree in Higher Artistic Education in Dance

Common for all specialties and itineraries

Written test

On a general topic related to some aspect of dance proposed by the examining board. This exercise will allow to assess the degree of artistic training of the candidate through the proper use of language, understanding of concepts and the ability to relate and synthesize.

Practical tests according to specialty

Specialty: Degree in Higher Artistic Dance Education. CHOREOGRAPHY AND INTERPRETATION OF DANCE.

Itinerary: PERFORMANCE and DANCE AND/OR TECHNOLOGY

Test content

Classical Dance Line

The test will consist of the following exercises:

Classical Dance Class.
Variation chosen by the applicant of no more than 3 minutes, where his artistic ability will be valued. The music can be brought in USB support, CD, Mobile.
Improvisation exercise marked by the court.

Contemporary Dance Line

The test will consist of the following exercises:

Contemporary Dance Class
Variation chosen by the applicant of no more than 3 minutes, where his artistic ability will be valued. The music can be brought in USB support, CD, Mobile.
Improvisation exercise marked by the court

Spanish Dance Line

The test will consist of the following exercises:

Spanish Dance Class (bolero, stylized, folklore and flamenco)
Variation chosen by the applicant of no more than 3 minutes, where his artistic ability will be valued. The music can be brought in USB support, CD, Mobile.
Improvisation exercise marked by the court.

Flamenco Dance Line

The test will consist of the following exercises:

Flamenco Dance Class
Variation chosen by the applicant of no more than 3 minutes, where his artistic ability will be valued. The music can be brought in USB support, CD, Mobile.

Test content
